O2 query??
Ive an nokia 5610 XpressMusic on a £40 per month contract with 02 and heres the problem the slider buttion that works the functions of the phone has come off with wear and tear because with it being a sliding phone all the pressure has taken its toll on the button.
So how do i stand in getting this problem sorted out and getting it fixed ![]() ![]()

How long have you had it for? The newer it is, the more likely you will get it fixed. They often say that general wear and tear is not covered, but if you can argue that there is a common fault with the phone that makes it break too easily - you could try saying you hardly use it etc - whether or not they will fix it depends how nice they feel!
If you were bothered, and you went all the way with it - getting legal people involved etc, they would crack before it went to court guaranteed! If they won't replace/fix it, try calling Dom! |

Incidentally a rellie recently had a problem with a Nokia on Vodafone - they replaced it immediately - no hassle after 10 months. |
