So many categories don't include my preference I'm faced with non participation or an invalid voting slip.
So opinionated sod that I am I'll join in anyway - and let the OP deem my ballot paper null and void.Favourite Candidate:Any 1 from 3. Alex (I'm a pushover for a pretty face). Raef (I'm a pushover for a pretty face - and money doesn't buy class - it's breeding) Simon (I'm a pushover for a pretty face and when allied to decency it's a very seductive combination).
Least Favourite Candidate: Nicholas - snobbish, simpering, smarmy little git. I'm sure being sired by a father who adds de Lacey to the pedestrian Brown as a surname was a difficult burden to overcome - but others have surmounted worse.
Favourite Task: Cars, Weddings. The lovely Alex excelled.
Most Suited Candidate: Alex - he's only 24 - he can be moulded.
Favourite Aide to Sir Alan: erm Margaret or Nick
Best Candidate Personality: Lee - nothing wrong with an extrovert who claws his way up (you go guy).
Worst Candidate Personality: Nicholas - see above. Michael - only because of extreme restraint on my behalf is my tv still in working order. (Helene and Jenny C redeemed themselves on YF - imo).
Most Over-Rated Candidate: That good Jewish boy - Michael.
Most Under-Rated Candidate: Alex - the pretty boy can sell.
Most Shocking Decision: Raef's firing over Michael, Shazia's firing over Jenny C, Simon's firing over Claire. All of these.
Best 'You're Fired' Moment:Adrian's frank opinion of Michael, Michael McIntyre, Raef's appearance, Support for Shazia,

Most memorable candidate for the right reasons - Raef.
Most memorable candidate for the wrong reasons - where do I start?
Kevin - who, whatever the task, whatever the outcome, unintentionally became a caricature by claiming credit for every good idea proposed.
Michael - whose recommendations frequently lost the task - but somehow managed to turn the tables on more able candidates; who demeaned himself with his constant begging: SAS by keeping him in so long, you revealed a flaw in your judgement (of course I wouldn't mind your flawed judgement - if my net worth reflected your own).
Lindi Mngaza - oh gawd.
Worst guest on YF - Victoria Wood - used the programme as a vehicle for her own wit - which on this occasion failed.
