Ooh I like it, I like Ronnie's aswell actually. Roxy's is more 'summery' though. I think it will probably be a highstreet shop so you may be in luck =) v.pretty dresses.

You could try writing to a magazine. A lot of them have sections where they find out where an actor/actress/celebrity got an item of clothing.

Not sure about the exact dress but boohoo.com do a good selection of floral dresses and asos.com have a few similar ones.

I've noticed a lot of Roxy's clothes are from Miss Selfridge, I don't know if that particular dress is from there, but it's worth a try
