No, he has proven what kind of decisions he can make, so I don't think he can use this when running a big city like London.

With him being an advisor to the government and connecting this to our economy crashing with Brown in power, this equates to my conclusion of SAS being the wrong person to be sorting London.
He's too closely linked with New Labour, has a gruff penny-pinching demeanor and has no charm.
