MSN Mobile
Last night I tried to register with MSN mobile, and it need to send a confimation code to my mobile, so when i got a message, it said to text back with 'OK' to recive it. I did, and all I got back was a message about how to access the 'hotmail main menu' I tired a few more times, and I replied to each one, and still got the same thing. When I woke up with morning, I had 6 messages from MSN with my 'confirmation codes', all pointless becuase I'd closed the browser window last night. I tired to resgister again, and that time I did successfully. But I've just logged into 'view my bill' to find out these messages I've recieved cost £16 And I've just been through the site and all the messages I've recived and it says NOWHERE AT ALL about these charges! Obviously I want my money back, and this must be illegal??? So what do I do, who do I complain to?

Happened to me too :(
I signed up with my pay & go phone the other week. And every day it took £1 out of my balance. I've emailed them but thet have not reply yet.
I have now removed my number from there, and no money is going out now. I agree that it is wrong that they do not mension on their site about the actual charges. If you hear anything mate yet me know. Cheers Richard |

It's not for email, I wanted text alerts for weather and news etc. (which are apparently free)
I've complained to ICSTIS, and send a complaint to MSN Mobile, so I'll let you know what I hear.
