No you misunderstand!

Although high-brow is a relative term , I was reffering to Kate doing main stream hollywood films.
”

It wasn't me who misunderstood.

That would be 'doing' as in 'watching on DVD'?

Doing them?,....as in acting in them?

So if highbrow is a relative term,...Would "Bad Girls",...be highbrow in relation to...say,.. "Teletubbies"?

Who is going to give Kate an acting job with that voice? Not unless EastEnders want Kath to return from South Africa with a new face but the same old voice.

The laugh I got from that line was worth the half an hour it took me to clean the coffee out of my keyboard - cheers DEADDOG

Before you get carried away I should point out that I was NOT referring to Kate getting an Oscar for best supporting actress or the like, maybe best supporting actress, but NOT best actress. Mind you with Kate all things are possible, never underestimate the girl, never.

Up until now some peoples prediction of Kate career have been way of the mark.

"disappear without trace"
"two weeks before she's sacked"

So far it is my predictions that have accurately reflected Kate's career to date (and indeed some other HMs). I can only assume that my predictions will hold and within the next three years she will be international. Whether this is due to her acting or singing I do not know, but one thing is for sure, the future looks bright for that girl!

Erm......'singing' I have not heard Kate sing since bb. She showed no talent at all in this area. In fact I would suggest her speaking voice needs attention before she attempts any warbling. As for acting I suspect a limited range encompassing slapperesque geezer bird, come happy go lucky girl next door(bb3 persona).

Maybe updated Carry On films beckon.

Nah, Kate would never lower herself to take a part in such an unimportant programme as Eastenders - remember what the Lawler Family Inc. said this time last year - that the Eastenders lot are all talentless "Micky mouse" actors ....

Still - should make the atmosphere in the BBC Elstree canteen where both 'Enders and TOTP are filmed interesting - I wonder who will confront Kate and family about their comments first - my money is on Jessie Wallace, Elaine Lordan a close second!

Mickey Mouse has more talent in his three fingers than Kate will ever have. And he's an Oscar-winner.

You may mock, but you really should learn to face the truth head one rather than make light of something you can't come to terms with.

Obviously predicting the future is hard enough when Kates career is taking off at this rate (just look at the girl go), so I'm going to stop it. There is little point talking about the future when we can't accept what's before your eyes at present.

I will make one more forecast, just to use in evidence later on:-

By 2005 Kate will dominate the schedules and will be the UK highest paid entertainer.

And he said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but understand not; and see indeed, but perceive not.
Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Found a bit on the Sky news website about 'TOTF's', doesn't look very encouraging for Kate does it.

Oh well, good luck with the show anyway kate.. Seems kate goes from one disaster to another.

Sorry but I hope the 'idiot' boards are big enough for her to read, let alone understand, this girl is a joke and would be more suited at a club 18-30 job in Falaraki!

Please, let her be banished with the rest of the BB garbage!

Personally, I like Kate.

But they should have hired Dermot so we could watch him dance.
Darklight

Kate can dance. In fact she's very good at it. As soon as you see Kate dance all need to Dermot dance will be removed.

Dancing is just one of the many Kate talents, any one of which would be enough to keep her in the public eye for many many years to come.

I like Kate

I really don't know if that the case, personally without called luulu g a liar, I doubt Kate could do this. She certainly isn't qualified to do it, so the British Medical Association would have something to say if she did. However there are countries where the restrictions are more "relaxed", such as Argentina. However I would advise all DS members NOT to allow Kate to perform any Brain surgery on you even if it is outside UK legislation. Instead get her to do a little dance for you, it might not cure you, but it'll put a smile on your face.

lets have a couple of genuine music nuts who can read an autocue to front the show. It can't be that difficult to find them. Get people for whom all aspects of music is their life work - it will put the "Top" back into "Top of the Pops" I promise.”

David Sneddon?

Oo er -100,000 if true sounds like a fulltime job.
In October! Does this mean the Kate and Iain show will end?
Will she go off to Mexico on holiday and never return to the morning horrors of breakfast TV?

I'm sure Katie could easily do both shows..................standing on one leg.
