Emmerdale Farm / Emmerdale bloopers thread
I've decided to start a thread dedicated to bloopers in Emmerdale. Anyone who knows of any from episodes they've seen from the whole 35 years is welcome to contribute.
But here are a few points I would like to make when it comes to the bloopers I'm talking about. A blooper is not something like: - Debbie Dingle dealt with her teenage pregancy in 2005 in a very different way to the way Sandie Merrick dealt with her's in 1983. (That is not a blooper - it's just 2 different storylines which happened years apart with a similar situation and different characters involved.) Nor do I mean continuity bloopers spanning episodes years apart, eg: - Joe Sugden was 18 in episode 1 (1972), but over 40 in 1990 (only 18 years later). The bloopers I am enquiring about are ones confined to one particular episode. Also to avoid confusion, I don't mean bloopers which are shown on Denis Norden programmes and such like. The bloopers I mean are ones which actually appeared in the finished episode which went out at 7pm on ITV (if you can provide screencaps please do). Happy nitpicking!!! ![]() ![]()

Someone on the 12/6/08 asked for an orange juice and ended up with a coke.
I think it was Lexi but can't swear to it. |

One I noticed when I was watching some old DVDs.
The episode from 2005 with Seth's alternative funeral. At the wake Alan Turner has given a speech about their long association (NY Estates, etc.) then when he's finished he goes outside. Then they cut back into The Woolpack and if you look closely in the background he's mysteriously been transported back in the pub. Then back outside, there he is again. Anyone with this on tape or DVD - have a look. |
