hi plz can someone help me, i transfered from talk talk to BT on the 31st march, but talk talk are saying that i disconnected on the 18th april and that i have to pay for using their line even though i have paid my BT bill for that period..
i have sent talk talk a copy of my BT bill and the letter from BT stating when i transfered, but talk talk are refusing to budge.
i have rang talk talk even though they have disconnected me 3 times, and they said get a refund from BT. BT are saying that talk talk hav made an error, i hav asked both parties to contact each other but they are saying we cant, i have said wat about helping the customer but they said nothing they can do and they cant ring talk talk.
i have the debt agency coming in 2 days and i am unable to resolve this issue, as i have rang both talk talkand BT and none r helping me .
