It looks perfectly sensible to me. By not committing to any specific contents the shop can use this to get rid of whatever they have a surplus of at the end of the day and it does provide a lot of food, most of it edible, for very little money. It is fatty, but so is most "quality" take away food. You are not meant to live on it every day.

I think that a lot of people complaining that it made them sick may have either tired to eat it all in one go or else had too much to drink beforehand. This is the same problem with curry:

1. Neck 14 pints of cheap lager.
2. Go for curry. Eat half of it.
3. Get very sick.
4. Blame curry. Exonerate lager.

14 pints of lager never made anybody ill.
