Has anyone stopped watching emmerdale?
I ask this because I used to be addicted, but now I haven't really seen it in months. I have caught bits and pieces, but not tuned in to actually watch it, anyone else find themselves not bothered by the show?

I stopped watching it ages ago, I watch Hollyoaks on E4 now which is way better. I see the ocassional scene if I'm downstairs cos my mom watches it and read what's happening in my tv guides but I can't be bothered actually watching an episode.

I stopped watching frequently around February but watch every now and again. I've seen very little improvement from what I have seen unfortunately.

I watch the E4 hollyoaks too instead now. Just seems like there is nothing to the characters... all the stories are boring as anything.

I hardly ever watch it these days. I usually switch E4 on for Hollyoaks as well.

The whole show is a mess, its got some great actors which are totally put to waste.

I used to love it but cant bear to watch it now. Its on in the background while im doing something else. No good storylines, too much so called 'comedy' and on far too much.
They should start making it gritty and down to four episodes a week. What killed it for me was when they started naming each episode. What a stupid thing to do. |

I still watch every episode of Emmerdale, but I'll also admit to watching Hollyoaks on E4 at the time and recording Emmerdale.
Emmerdale is a bit hit and miss at the moment. I no longer have any issues with the characters, as the formerly irritating ones have become less so but the storylines aren't as hot as they used to be. |
