Using Orange email on 8310

My partner has suddenly stopped being able to send an email using her Orange Nokia 8310. She used to be able to read and send emails, now she can only "listen" to them, but cant send any.

She has an orange.net email address - where is she going wrong? Have Orange stopped it or does she need to go to a different address?

Your probably best off ringing customer services on 150 from the handset and asking them. 150 is free from Orange handsets.
