There are a few, normally with different limitations:

O2 site
Allows 30 texts per month to be sent. I think it's 30 a month on the Orange website too

However I use Cardboard fish no limit on the amount of texts sent (last time I looked anyway) just when it's busy someitmes there may be a delay in the amount of time taken to send.

I had a site what sent text messages for free, and unlimited.. with no sign up.

Even more, you could enter your phone number and the recipients phone number.

So, me and a few friends set up some unlikely dates .

Just imagin... 'Pretty chick recieves text message from geek, asking for a date, where he can lose his virginity'... only the geek didnt send it, we did ...

Oh boy, those where the days. I think we managed to split a couple of relationships up too...lol

It blocks all referers except it's own, which is pretty pointless, cos if you were intergrating it into a script, you can just send it a fake referer.

But Norton Firewall blocks refers by default, so that's why it isn't working.

Not free, but damn cheap is www.uboot.co.uk.

Cbfsms works, but I find the texts often slow to get through.
