Veoh is the main avenue CBS uses and allows for episodes. CBS has been actively knocking down episodes on Youtube due to CBS/Viacom vs. Google/Youtube litigation. Just a little heads up.

Full TV shows on Veoh are for US residents only. I'm not saying some people don't 'try' to upload, but they are usually quickly removed.

Short answer then: CBS is currently in the process of suing Youtube for infringing their copyrights.

what copyright ? They refuse to show it in the UK ? It's not like they don't have a channel here. We have CBS news channel on Sky, they could show it on that ?

There is no CBS News channel.. I think you mean CBS Evening News shown on Sky News (channel).

What the poster means is -- CBS owns the rights to Big Brother US in all forms. If Joe Q. Public is taping Big Brother and uploading it on YouTube, then CBS' copyright is being violated. Networks are attempting to prevent people from uploading clips on their own. If the network did it itself it could sell advertisement, make profit, etc.

If somebody chooses to upload it, sure. If CBS comes along and threatens to sue the person who uploaded the torrent unless they get rid of it, no.

Go for youtube, last year there was plenty of BBUS-centric channels... I always found Veoh an absolute pain, one slip of the mouse and you had to restream the episode.

sorry - got it mixed up with CNBC, lol. Can't good old Rupert buy the series and show it on one of the Fox channels ?

It doesn't have to be silly Channel 4 ?

Same here!

Why oh why arent they showing it?!

Im already fuming at them coz they are stopping beauty and the geek half way through for some BB thing, fair enough BB but i bet its a pointless repeat or summit. So i have to wait like till christmas or something to see the rest of the series grrrr!
