just seen it available online. interestingly enough, there's also a youtube video from the man himself commenting on the leak - he says it's "very exciting" - meaning he's probably authorised the leak anyway.

but then it wouldn't be the first time a label has leaked an album online to generate buzz for it.

yeah, that's the one.

apparently he had wide ranging support from a lot of artists for the original title but he elected to change it to "untitled" - but he says people know what it's 'really called'.

i've listened to it a couple of times now and it's good.

doesn't grab me in the way "Hip Hop is Dead" did though - that was an incredible album.

I'm a *huge* Nas fan, but HHID was one of my least favourite albums from him.

So far this is much better, liking the first few tracks. Hero has an amazing beat. Nas still spitting Ether

Testify is such a smooth track...Nas doesnt even rap, just talks when he needs to. Great song.

Man, Nas fell off big time.

The only Nas albums I still listen to are Illmatic (probably the best hip hop album ever made IMO), Stillmatic, and occasionally It Was Written.

Almost every other album he's dropped has sucked, with just the odd good song.

Illmatic is hard to live up to, but come on man, stop making this trash.

I have to agree with Snuff.

I wasnt impressed with HHID and the one or two tracks from 'Untitled' havent blown me away either.
