No I certainly will not be posting during tomorrows episode.

Come to think of it, are people actually sad enough to actually sit watching tv, whilst sending posts on their computers about the show their watching?

Yes, it happens all the time.

I did once and it completely ruined the whole episode for me. And it was supposedly a very good episode as well.

So tomorrow i will be glued to the TV for the whole 65 minutes.

Yes they do, it is called personal choice and don't deserve to be insulted about it.

Whats sad about it? I do it all the time for soaps/x factor/ Big Brother etc just not DW as I like to sit on the sofa and never miss a second.

You can watch TV on your PC which I do for Big Brother so I can chat during it.

Its amazing that some people can actually multi-task.

Personally I think we should have a DS blackout during it.

Thoughts?”

I certainly won't be ....

What makes me laugh is that it seems to be the people that post during the show that miss the little details.

Those with a small attention span will think "oh I've not posted Dr. Who news" for those not watching, probably. But we practically all will, and those who won't, shall watch it later unspoiled.

Those with a desire to be an online journalist or those with the need to look "ace" will be on here opening topics whenever new events happen, much like on the Big Brother forums on eviction night...

And those who just aren't that bothered about Doctor Who unlike me, a hardcore fan, shall be replying to topics made by people in the above two categories.

Which one are you?

Well I happen to agree, I get really annoyed when other posters tell me what they think I should or shouldn't be doing and presume to make judgements.

I may or may not post during the show tomorrow, sometimes I do and sometimes I don't, and I don't see any difference in my enjoyment or understanding whether I do or not.

The people complaining, moaning and making moral judgements on this thread choose not to post while the episode is on, other people choose to do so and feel it adds to their enjoyment. There is nothing wrong in either choice, just personal preference.

Whatever your choice, don't belittle people who make the other, it's a free world.

Well I would have to say that it's the fact I am a 'hardcore fan', that I will be watching it with the PC off. Enjoying the episode in it's entirity.

We know it will happen, and if they want to miss the little details by having their eyes on the computer screen instead of the tv, that's their choice. But please don't respond in THAT thread to anything that get's written there, even something interesting like "SARAH JANE LETS LUKE READ VIZ???". Start a new topic about it, because lots of people are not going to go through four pages of one word posts like "Marhta"(sic), "Jack", """who's the old fart?" to get to something interesting to discuss.

In confess that there is no Captain save Jack Harkness and that John Barrowman is his Avatar.

Sorry if that sounded wrong and snotty.”

I would be running round in circles if I tried to post and watch tv at the same time as I need a new laptop. I don't think even with a laptop I could miss a millisecond of tomorrow's episode though.

Maybe we'll see who wasn't really totally engrossed tomorrow by the postings........

(after all it could be really really crap episode ..... !! )
