Didn't play that badly, but didn't offer much attacking-wise 'til Zaha came on. Could have knicked something then though.

Middlesbrough look a good side this year I reckon.

Not the worst performance by a long way but we were flat until late on. Perhaps the defeat was a bit harsh overall.

Hopefully we can gain revenge somewhat by beating them in the Cup tonight.

That was more like it. Zaha was terrific until he tired in the second half, he ran Boro' ragged at times.

Hopefully we get a home tie against one of the big boys next round.

Awesome, have to say I didn't expect a win last night. But everything feels so positive around the place at the moment, it's good to see.

Would love another home draw in the next round, preferably against someone interesting (i.e. not Burnley, Leicester, Cardiff etc. ).

Woohoo - there is a Palace supporters thread!

It's nice to be on a good cup run - but let's not slip down that table either!

welcome to the thread eponymous

doncaster have sacked sean o'driscoll and replaced him with dean saunders on the eve of our game with them... i wonder how they will react to that tomorrow?

the brighton game edges nearer... just a few days to go now!

Typical Palace , any team who are on a shocking run , must be aware that they will end the sequence against Palace . 1 point out of the last 12 , early season optimisation is soon wearing off , big match against the the rivals next , hopefully they will be up for that one .

Very disappointing performance. Can't we play all our matches at home instead please?

Very poor result. I just don't understand why we cannot produce away from home.
I really hope we raise our game for the big one tomorrow night otherwise we could be on the end of a bad beating.

Woke up today with a mix of nerves and excitement. Just please let us make a game of this at least!

No better day than today to fix our away form...

Good piece in today's Guardian about the Brighton - Palace rivalry .

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/f...palace-rivalry

No excitement from me , just nerves .

Worth looking at the comments , especially Viva LeRooney25 with A Palace minute No11

got this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that we're gonna get pasted... they have been flying now for over a year and are full of confidence at home... we will have to produce something special tonight to get anything...
