Frustrating we didn't win with our chances - we were much the better side in the second half.

Moses was brilliant all game and what a goal!

Can't see administration that soon, but a number of sales in January for sure.

yep, all his goals of late have been of the highest quality. it saddens me alot that we have to let him go next month. but i reckon he could go on to become a huge star just as long as he keeps his feet on the ground.

A few places are reporting this...

Quote:
“Freddie Sears is set to return to West Ham in January after being recalled from a loan spell at Crystal Palace.

The 20-year-old striker joined the Eagles on a season-long deal over the summer, but is set to see that agreement cut short.

The Hammers are currently struggling under the weight of a mounting injury crisis and need as many bodies on board as possible.

Gianfranco Zola has therefore opted to take up the option of bringing Sears back to Upton Park ahead of schedule.

The youngster will be available to Palace until the end of the calendar year, taking in fixtures against Ipswich and Swansea, before then returning to his parent club.

"West Ham have asked for him to go back in January," revealed Eagles boss Neil Warnock.

"They have one or two problems up front and he is their player at the end of the day.

"He'll be with us for the next two games but it's likely he'll go back after that."”

Very pleasing result, more so as we came from a goal down. And another goal from Moses. That's 5 in the last 6 I think.

Tricky one next up - Swansea away on Monday.

That was a must win I think, we need to get the points in the bag before it all kicks off in january and all hell breaks loose at Selhurst park.

Much better second half, thought we deserved the win.

Moses was great again. Very harsh red card for them though.

we couldn't overcome the 10-men swans. apparently freddie sears went clean through near the end and missed. for a striker he has been dismal for us from the goalscoring point of view.

Before the match I would have taken a point. But seeing as we played against 10-men for over 70 minutes I have to admit to being a tad disappointed that we didn't have enough to win the game. Still, its another point in the right direction.

Quote:
“West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo has admitted to holding an interest in Crystal Palace starlet Victor Moses.

The highly-rated 19-year-old has emerged as a target for a number of clubs ahead of the January transfer window, with a host of Premier League sides believed to be among those tracking his progress.

Moses is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in English football and Palace have begrudgingly accepted that he is likely to move on sooner rather than later.

Eagles boss Neil Warnock has admitted that he expects a sale to be pushed through in the New Year, with the experienced coach prepared to let the youngster leave in order to further his career.

The impending battle for his signature is expected to be fierce, but that has not persuaded Baggies coach Di Matteo that he would better advised to try his luck elsewhere.

"We are working behind the scenes and have a number of players we are watching - and Victor is one of them," the Italian told West Brom's official website.

"He did well against us in September, but I've known of him since before then and have watched his development."”

personally, i can't see vic staying in the championship. even if its for only another 5/6 months.

Yeah, gonna be gutted to see him go but I have to admit to being quite fascinated as to where he will end up and for how much he will go for.

Just read over at the Sky Sports website that there is a delay for a second month running in paying players & staff their wages. Looks like the Moses sale can't happen quick enough for Jordan.

thats a real worry. i heard that he (jordan) is still hopeful of getting gold & sullivan to buy the club especially if they definitely pull out of any west ham deal.
