Nicely taken pen from Ambrose. Really gotta concentrate now.

that was dumb from lawrence. just what was he doing?!!
Sattrega
24-02-2010
That's just typical of us, though. We get back in it then throw it away.

Suicide.

Can't believe Lawrence just did that! Just ridiculous!

i don't really want to call lawrence a muppet after the effort he has put in but well, he is a muppet. someone of his experience making not one but two stupid challenges in the box is bewildering.

What a surreal exit.

I can only think that Lawrence is exhausted from the last few weeks and it's taken its toll tonight.

3-1 it is, then. Very frustrating as we had done so well to get back in it. At least now we can concentrate on the league which is far more important in the long run.

the first one i can forgive even though it was a dumb challenge to make. the second was just comical, he just lost his head. but can't be too hard on him or anyone else, we have bigger games to come now and we must put this behind us as quickly as possible.

Spot on. No finger pointing, no blame game, move on. I feel for them all though, they must be knackered.

That's the thing that concerns me the most about our battle to stay up. We have such a small squad who are already knackered and we have a very busy March coming up, something like 8 games in 25 days during that month. That's really going to take its toll even more.

oh Matty Lawrence, what was going through your head!?
he was having such a good game aswell.
thought we were poor in the 1st half but it was good
to see us step it up in the 2nd half. we deserved to
get level and at that point i did think we could go on
and win this. its been a good run but its time to
get our heads down and put everything into getting
away from the bottom 3.

now we wait to see if it was Warnocks last game in charge
for us.

looks like we have warnock in charge for at least one more game.

Great time last night, brilliant atmosphere! Never had that many coaches before!

The fact it took them a set-piece and penalty to beat us shows we played well.

The players will be knackered by Saturday though, gonna take a big effort.

"Can I deny speculation about going to QPR? No."

Don't know about you lot but to me that sounds like he'll be off to Loftus Road once the Doncaster game is done and dusted.

it doesn't bode well.

this time monday we could be a club in administration,
10 points docked, in the bottom 3 and managerless.

suddenly i have that sinking feeling.

Keep the faith. Regardless of whether Warnock goes or not I'm sure the lads will keep giving their all every game. Still plenty of points to be won, its not over yet by a long way.

from the south london press:

Quote:
“ NEIL Warnock looks set to take charge of his final game as Crystal Palace boss tomorrow – but will only leave if QPR can agree an adequate compensation package for his services.

The Eagles boss has refused to pledge his long-term future to the South London outfit but he will be in charge for the crucial match at Doncaster Rovers.

But the South London Press understands that discussions have now started between QPR and Palace’s administrator Brendan Guilfoyle as they try to hammer out an agreement for him to become the new boss at Loftus Road.

Warnock is determined that the manner of any exit is totally professional – and there is no threat of him walking out on the Eagles if the two clubs cannot thrash out a deal.”

^ A few other places reporting the same thing, now. If he does go lets hope he leaves us with a win tomorrow!

a brief bit of news - the administrator has extended the date for bids for
the club to 5pm on Friday 12th March to ensure that investors understand
the bidding process so that they can finalise their offers.
