I've not experienced this, but several times people have reported MMS problems when porting out from T-MOBILE or VIRGIN, regardless of which network they port to . The problem is at the T-MOBILE end, there is little that the new network can do at their end, other than ask T-MOBILE to sort their records out. If it was me, I would write or email to O2 and ask them to get their number porting team to contact T-MOBILE Reporting an incomplete port.
