i use the video for recording and watching but in addition I want to transfer vcr tapes to dvd discs the Digibox is Wharfedale. VCR --->digibox VCR SCART digibox TV SCART --> DVDR input SCART DVDR output SCART -> TV RGB SCART Set all to RGB where possible. The above assumes that the DVDR will pass through signals and that you can record using the DVDR tuner(s) whilst the digibox is passing through - most will let you do this is recording of the EPG. The above will let you record off the digibox in RGB and also transfer recordings from the VCR to the DVDR. It is also the easiest set up to use. However it will not let you record off the digibox whilst watching the DVDR. aerial --> VCR aerial in VCR aerial out --> DVDR aerial in DVDR aerial out --> TV aerial in. |
