Envirovision 17EA0 - No Response
Hi Guys,
Can you pleae help any advice welcome? I purchased a bath room TV paid GBP 999 direct from Envirovision / Presentaion Systems last November (2007). I am building my own place and wanted to make the master ensuite bathroom look really good. After looking at many LCD TV's for the bathroom this model seemed a quality unit. My problem is from the start I can not get a black colour on the screen its always either purple or with changing colour temperature a bit more red than purple. Thats on freeview and to check from DVD player. I phoned and emailed Envirovision for last 4 weeks and had no reply, it has 12 months warranty. Are they still in business I had tried all the user settingds regarding picture to correct but B&W is fine but start to introduce colour into picture and everything has a blueish purple tinge especially what should be black. Sorry for long mail please help if you can, br Steve |
