Me & The Girlfriend have both got NEC e606's on '3',

When we're sat next to each other in the same room I can have a full 3G signal, yet her phone (bang next to mine) struggles to get any kind of 2G signal...

Also her phone seems to drop calls all the time, whereas I'm fine with mine...???

Does anyone who uses/knows '3' think this is a problem with the phone, or just the '3' network in general?
It's a shame, 'cos I have few problems and think '3' is actually quite good (I'm in the minority), but the girlfriend can't stop cursing them...

After another very very annoying day (yesterday) of dropped calls and network busy signals, at the risk of running out of battery power on my e-606 I chanced calling 333 customer service to complain.

I got through to Glasgow in about 10 minutes (not bad for 3!) and was informed by the customer service rep that there are indeed network problems and got an assurance that if I decided to return my phone due to the unreliability of the network then my contract termination would be looked at sympatheticly.... I will allow them another couple of weeks but i am getting fed up having to carry another handset to make calls when 3 cant connect.
