Samsung 50'' A457

Hi,just got the above tv and need a little advice please,on the front panel,right hand side,are the controls for volume source,standby etc,i cant seem to get any response from them,they appear to be moulded into the frame not moving buttons,does any one else have this tv that could give me any advice.

Thanks for the link,turns out the set is faulty,getting it changed tommorow.
