I have had 2 systems so far and both had the same problem, could not use basic functions, from the remote control. As though it locks itself, had another remote sent but still did not work.
Samsung said it's probably the sensor on the DVD player that at fault, but second system got the same fault on the second time of switching it on! this time it kept trying to load a DVD disc? I went for Samsung to go with the new Samsung LCD TV for easy connectivity etc Ha! Ha! I have a budget of just over £200 |

Hi,
I had this system delivered on Tuesday of this week as an exchange system for the Samsung HT-TX35R that I had. Long story short..The 35R started turning itself off for no apparent reason, this was the 2nd fault I had had with it, Samsungs c/services were not the best so I sent an email to a manager who had helped me last year, his replacement called me and the exchange was offered. Its early days but 1st impressions are that I liked the look of the 35R more than the TZ315R. I have had no problems with the 315R and the functionality is the same although it is 1000w and has bluetooth. The digital display is a bit `dim` and does not give as much info as the 35R. Overall I like Samsung products, although personal experience will sway peoples opinions but I am happy with the product. |
