it's dreadful there at the moment. every time i look another 'let's diss darnell' type thread pops up. and as you say, people are listening to his every word (and watching his every move too!) and not understanding. ah well, i reckon they are all in a state of panic incase he wins he he!

I understand Darnell!! I have never been a Sara fan, she just comes across as so untrustworthy. I also believe that it is the Sara's of this world that have made Darnell the insecure person he is. She will never accept that she has done anything wrong. Darnell allways admits when he is wrong which IMO makes him the better person. Sara also picked the most insecure person to flirt with.

I have think that too, she will do anything to stay even if it mean trampling over Darnell.
Darnell said to Kat & Rachel that when Sara got her letter, the first person she went to was him. The one person who did not get a letter. She was just rubbing it in his face.

As I waited for Darnell to come out this morning , I reflected on the threads I have read here, one where he was described as a Gorilla-racist overtones ofcom alert- with ensuing insulting nasty remarks rooted in pure ,malice.You could feel the negative energy emanating off the screen like Dante’s inferno...Darnell has indeed deep emotional issues, ones that I recognise all too well. Most of his angst is based on his visual impairments and eventual blindness. Most individuals who are blind or have limited sight need intensive counselling in adolescence or After they lose their sight. Otherwise they get deeply angry and bitter at something they cannot control and do not know how to cope with. This anger is evident In Darnell and the house has intensified it tenfold..Mikey has certainly had this counselling and has benefited from it. Though I must add his life skills training i.e eating skills have been neglected. He also need to update his cane to a roller head one.
I feel from listening to Darnell that he has tried to be as normal as possible and has denied his condition to a degree, but now he can no longer do so. Mikey and Darnell are different people also and will handle things in different ways.I seen people posting I know this Albino who has done this or that. Their albinism is a condition , it is not who they are , each person is unique and different with a different perspective on life depending on their upbringing and life experiences and even genetic personality. They cannot be compared. He has emotionally broken down in there and has become disorientated and forgotten who he is. He will not attack anyone, he is not aggressive , he is desperately hurt and sad and will more likely sink into the million tears that have been repressed for many years. I do know what I am talking about, no amateur pyscho babble for me.
Rex on the other hand is an emotional assassin, concealing his poison in supposed jokes and when his victim look upset, retorts. “only joking” -- not. Behind Sara back he called her a dog needing a kennel, badger get back in your hole, dirty slut. He has said as much to her face as well though couched in humorous terms. He said to Mo why would you want THAT, He has also excluded and ill-treated Mo.He is a string puller, the lead pack dog who manipulates those he controls. Yet he is excused all of this, it is being dismissed as teasing while he has bullied Rachel relentlessly.
Sara sexual history is her business, but the world is unfair and judges women more harshly than men.Sara has spoken openly about her sexual past saying she has fvked around,spoke to Rex about sex tapes and pictures. I heard it myself. This meant the men lost respect for her. No it should not be that way, but it is the way a lot of men think. This does not excuse the insults she endured, which were out of order, but allows understanding of why they were made. She sits with people but tunes out their conversation nodding and saying really. She sounds as insincere as she is. She has done nothing in there but bide her time to get out. She has no interest in anyone in there, not even Stu. All the men avoided her advances, you have to ask why- so she settled on a very naïve Darnell. Sara, actions in BB were governed fully by self-interest. When I saw the lovely Rachel waiting outside the Dr today to console and give a hug, it made me proud to be female. Yes Boring Rachel who does have opinions but they are positive ones full of empathy and kindness.. She sticks up for herself in her quiet strong way and is thoughtful of the feelings of others.. She is respected by the men even Rex and has behaved in a consistent way throughout the series. She has high principles and has adhered to them. I would quite happy if Rachel or Mikey won. I especially agree with you about the selective OfCom complaints. I remember although I don't really like her much, feeling quite sorry for Jodie Marsh. I think a few forget that love or loathe them, the reality show housemates are their for our entertainment, but that they also have feelings, and those feelings are multplied in such an enviroment, and we should really make allowances for such I suppose.
For them to not realise the extent of how bored they will be and to have to make their own entertainment and to know they cannot escape, not even from other housemates, when some need their me time, their alone, contemplative time, and only have a sometimes condscending, sometimes uncaring, although sometimes witty BB, who happens to be a blank wall to them to pour their woes out to. To have their diary room heartfelt pourings, snipped by BB to help fit our perception of said housemates, and to tear their every word apart. Only through an eviction or walking can they then escape, it must surely take a toll on those housemates who are not as strong willed as they might have believed they were. BB a truely demeaning, psychological experiment

I do want Darnell to enjoy his last week into the final, and I strongly believe he can do that more with Lisa there rather than Sara. I am not keen on Lisa, but she is a goodish housemates and does participate in BB stuff and tries to stay cheerful and positive for the main.

I'd rather Lisa stayed than Sara. Though they are getting on at the moment, Sara is very dangerous for Darnell.
