Rex's attitude to the whole shebang was admirable - he just didn't give a stuff. He owned that interview with Davina.

Are you watching X Factor? I've decided to adopt a low-key approach after the fans flame war last year. It was brutal and upsetting and I want to avoid it this year so I haven't even looked at the forum.

I really do think in the long run it is Rex and Darnell that will be the big winners from this series, because thye have something about them that makes them stand out.

Regarding the XF, after last year, I'm largely steering clear of the XF forum, it was too awful for words last year, it made the BB forum look like playschool....

Still watching the show though...

I still think Rex and Darnell would have polled higher if Sara hadn't ruined a bit of their chances and grabbed the sympathy vote for some part.

I am glad the final five got on ok, but still blame Sara for causing trouble in there for Darnell and Rex in particular.

However their joy at just making the final was so apparent it just made it better And the fact that a B Blocker and my slight favourite over Darnell even though I thought he deserved and needed the win more, Rachel, won the show, and the fact that Sara nominated her so often and the other evictees showed such jealousy, and that Rachel said she would take Darnell, Kat and Mikey to Disneyworld took a little bit of the sting away from Darnell not winning. So all in all I think a good result at the end And I can see the media would be interested in Darnell and maybe Rex, well I hope so anyway.

Yes, I was well pleased with the outcome.....Whisper Club were well cheesed offMwhaaaaaaaaaa.....did you check out Stu's face when Davina asked Darnell about Sara and the way he spoke to her....he was so gutted that Darnell handled it so eloquently and even said that Stu was a great guy.....I thought he was going to bust a blood vessel....Luke was pathetic as per flaming usual trying to hijack the evenings proceedings Davina should of told him to shut his neck

I think that Darnell and Rex owned Davina......I loved how Darnell lifted her up and took her hand to help her up the stairs...I hope they get more exposure too they are very talented young men

Can I say to you guys- I'm a Rachel fan and really I'm cock-a-hoop (obviously) it was a hard won contest but in the end our girl won.

I came here to say- first of all- what a great HM- Darnell was- I was very pleased he got to the final night- he should have made 3rd at least, in my book, but hey- he did well!!

But more than that- he stuck by Rachel when she was on BBBM against the stupidity of Davina's questioning and the whisper club- despite being under intense pressure himself.

Shows what a great guy he really is and when they go to Disney land- it'll be like a fairy tale ending

I think that she, Mo, Kat, Mikey and of course Darnell will be great friends- maybe Rex (I'm not so sure) but the rest can go hang.................oops apart from Maysoon and Steph of course..........top people themselves..

Hi Darnell fans, I really liked him in the house and was really pleased with his reception on Friday. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the fact that it's very likely that Darnell will make an appearance on 1xtra, or Choice FM sometime this week, or within the comming weeks. I'm assuming this because Latoya from celebrity hijack was on 1xtra and Sylvia has already appeared on choice so I'm pretty sure Darn will, anyway folks listen out.

Got to say, props to Vanessa for sticking by him.. at least she didn't rush to the tabloids, do a photo shoot and sabotage his stay in the house.

I hope they've talked over the Sara thing.. he was a dummy if he knew Vanessa had feelings for him, but then again, it did seem like he wasn't sure and he probably thought she wouldn't be waiting after he got out.

This is excellent news anyway. Vanessa is also a very talented singer/musician so I really hope success for both of them!
