got myself a toshiba picture frame telly earlier today , but i am having some real trouble getting my ps3 to output to 1080p, i've got my xbox 360 up and running at 1080p via component leads without a hitch but the ps3 won't go any higher than 1080i and displays nothing when i try to get it working at 1080p, any info would be massively useful as its a bit redundant me having a 1080p telly if it won't accept 1080p from the ps3
any help on this would be appreciated

Have you tried 1080p through a HDMI cable?

yes i have,sorry i should have stated that in my original post
maybe my hdmi lead is busted
or could it be a prob with the ps3 rather than the tv
