I saw this in a small branch of Currys on saturday. Its like my Panasonic (same price), with Hard disc (160gb), DVD recorder, plus HDMI upscaler to 1080p (my one is only upto 1080i), and also the new one has the Freeview Playback logo on it. So, my next question is (as the Panasoninc uk web site is of no help), does this updated machine include 2 Freeview tuners?

No. The Freeview playback does allow you to set the machine to record a whole series with one button. They have released one with a 400gb hdd.
