BB4 Uncut - dismal sales
dfwmya
27-08-2003
The BB4 Uncut DVD has disappeared from the Top 40 DVD Sales chart after one week (peaking at number 23 or 24).
Doesn't it usually make number 1 and stay there for a while?

Endemol/C4 finally being hit where it hurts!

Yes, i wouldnt mind purchasing it, except that the dumb HMV staff where i live say they havent heard anything about it, this is the only place stuff like this comes in where i live.

I do hope the sales are dismal.
This will teach those avaricious Endemols to actually show us what happens in the house whilst its on, instead of saving anything interesting for future dvd/vid sales.
Karma Endemol, I do hope so!

I wonder why it is selling bad?

Could it be the boring housemates?

I think so.

WORST SERIES EVER!

you really must buy it - it shows just what a fun, fast moving, exciting experience BB4 was and its brilliantly edited.

Big Brother at his best.

I'm a 100% with you on that, I wouldn't buy the thing.

I bought it - it was OK I guess, something to look back on in a few years time.

I also bought 1 & 2 uncut on Video - HMV was selling a box set for £5.49 so I took the plunge. I never saw BB1 & 2 , I was working overseas and I must say I'm sad I missed them - far more thrilling to watch than 3 & 4.

Dismal show equals dismal DVD equals dismal sales. No surprise, really.

Watching Fame Academy live on BBCi has been a lot more interesting than big bruuder this year. Least there are people in there with some personality.

Endemol. Cynical Endemol.
"Let's package the interesting bits, not for folk to see again, but to see for the 1st time. And make loads MORE money"

How far removed this was from BB1 where we got to see the Nasty Nick thing unfold. That had the nation (well a few of us!) gripped whereas, as it's supposed to be a 24/7 show why the delay this year to see stuff after it's finished on a dvd?
Greedy so and sos!

Well personally I can't wait to see it... for about 99p in the bargain bin at Woolies in about four weeks' time.
