If Ollie or Michelle win, they will not use it. If Jerry wins it and uses it, then Michelle will go up, but Dan would still have to convince Renny or Jerry to vote his way.

Just when I think Dan's the best game player in the House, he goes and - at best - uses his closest ally as a pawn at best.
The only thing is whether Dan is trying to rig the whole thing, to protect Memphis. He may think Renny, Michelle and by default, Ollie, want to keep Memphis and lose Jerry as a result if he loses on the veto.
Or he could be taking a massive risk and be gunning for Memphis - but I'll be amazed if that's the case.
