Definitely, I think Matt and Nicole are doing demos on it and that alone will make it a fantastic show!

There are a couple of items about this program on the Greytop thread. Shall we put them here too, so everything about the program can be found here on this thread:

I reckon this could be a really successful series, not only because it gives viewers an extra fix of some of their favourite dance personalities, but also because of the theme itself. I think a lot of viewers will actually be able to identify much more readily with the participants in this program than they can with the celebs taking part in SCD.

I would love to watch it but I haven't got sky or cable.

Will have to keep an eye on youtube and see if anyone puts clips on.

Looking forward to this as it features my two favourite pro's.

The BBC seem to have maintained their links with Living (they owned half of it until quite recently) for e.g. next year BBC1's Comic Relief is going to have a celebrity version of Living's Britain's Next Top Model instead of the usual celeb version of Fame Academy. This show's basically Strictly without the celebs and with weight loss as an added incentive. There'll be 8 shows so it'll finish just before Strictly starts, assuming it's one show per week.

Some info about the show's graphics

On location: Diet on the Dancefloor

Must confess I'm nervous about Matthew being a judge and presenter! I hope he can pull it off as he's my fave pro... I'm confident about Karen though. She's my 2nd favourite pro so I'm really pleased they're both on the show!

Sorry to offend anyone, but when I first heard about this I thought it was some kind of P*sstake, or an Alan Partridge Sketch.

Reality TV really is eating itself alive.

Came across this (via Google News):
"Virgin Media TV-owned channel Living has secured a sponsorship deal, with Procter & Gamble brand Fibresure. In a six-figure deal, natural fibre supplement Fibresure will sponsor Diet on the Dancefloor, a new commission on Living. The programme follows 10 amateur dancers, who pair up with dance pros to lose excess weight. The sponsorship, agreed between ad sales house IDS and Procter & Gamble, begins on 16 July and runs for two months."

So this is what's behind the program:

I would definitely be watching it if I had Living, as it is I'll be hoping some kind soul puts it on youtube, even if it's all the Matthew bits, that would be great

I wonder if they only accepted good looking women? LOL! The men have a lot more weight to lose than the women, so they've been quite selective in their choices

Haha, yeah, Nicole's my 3rd! I hear she'll be making appearances on the show anyway so it's perfect!

I"ll be definitely watching this program. The gorgeous Matthew Cutler is on, that alone is reason enough to watch this program.

The BBC do not, nor have they ever, owned any part of LIVING.

If it's true about BNTM it'll be a shame. I loved CRDFA. Comic Relief's Next Top Model doesn't have quite the same appeal. I mean, could you imagine the likes of Jo Brand and Adrian Chiles modelling?

On second thoughts, it could be pretty funny!
