Does anyone know how to get all your phone numbers off a Sony Erisson W580i?

I know it may sound stupid but i put the phone in my back pocket, got in my car and by the time i got home the screen had a crack across it. Had the phone about 6 months and leave it in my pocket all the time.

The rest of the phone works, i just can't see anything useful. All i can see now is Calls and menu options which means from about a 1/3 up, the screen is unreadable. I'm getting a new phone but when you add in a new number it never asked if it was to be stored on the phone or sim. i've tried the PC suite but that only seems to get access to photos, music and other stuff i haven't used. It doesn't seem to access the phone numbers or messages. i'm hoping it stored on sim but i won't find out until i get a new phone.

Any suggestions to get the numbers off it?

If it involves actually doing something on the phone, a guide how to do it from menu by would be appreciated as i will have to do it from more or less blind.

Download the program, 'My Phone Explorer'

this will let you get all the contacts off it and the numbers, you can save them to the pc, and restore them to your new phone if its a SE again (as far as i know only SE)
