Small TV with PVR

I'm looking for a small TV with PVR built in to get me through the olympics in domestic harmony. The idea is to record the action during the day, then watch in peace in the kitchen while the big TV is showing property and reality shows.

I figured an all-in-one solution would cut down on the space and wiring required, and as it's a 2nd set, I don't need all the PVR bells and whistles.

The only screen I can find is this:
Prestigio P7190HDD

Does anyone know, is this the only small set available?
Is it any good?
Would a cheap separate PVR be better?
