Problem with SE 910i
I have the SE 910i which I bought on PAYG and put my T-Mobile contract sim in. It was all working fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now it's developed a fault. It vibrates for just about a second, the red light on the back comes on and the phone goes dead for about 15 seconds. Then the display comes back on and it displays "searching" until it's found the network.
This is happening practically every hour regardless of whether I'm using the phone or it's just on standby. Is this a common fault with this phone does anyone know? Apart from this problem I'm more than happy with the phone and don't really want to have to buy another. Thanks for any help. |

The same thing happened to me, T-Mobile exchanged the handset twice in 2 weeks as it kept breaking. I put it down to the fact that the phone had just been released. Looks like SE still haven't got it right. After the third one broke I sent it back and got a Viewty instead.
I loved the phone but not the fact it broke so often - I would suggest getting a different handset if you can.

I don't remember this being a known fault when I worked at T-Mobile,but it might not have been then, like has been suggested, ask for it to be repaired or exchanged for a completely new phone if possible
