Importing tunes from old to new PC ? [Itunes]

Hello.

Last week my old PC futtered to a stop and wouldn't re-boot, so I bought a new one.
I have now taken the old HD out and have it attached to the new PC, but, I can't work out how to get my old tunes off of the old HD and onto/into the new Itunes?

Any ideas........please?

Many thanks

Can you access your old hard drive in the new PC?
If so, navigate to your user area on it and to the Music folder > iTunes > iTunes Music where all your music will be.
Tell iTunes to organise music itself, under Edit > Preferences > Advanced in iTunes then just copy the music over to your new hard drive through Drag 'n' Drop in to iTunes.

That's pretty much it. I went through a similar process except I copied the iTunes library from a backup. Then when I installed iTunes it automatically used the library, all I had to do was authorise the new computer and I was able to access the previously downloaded content.
