Philips Quintrix On / Off
Colida

Hi,

I recently bought a 37" PANNY LCD & gave my 'superb' 28" Philips to my daughter. It has a great picture and has been fault free since I bought it in 2002.

When connecting up in my daughter's place 3 weeks ago it has been perfect, but now when it is turned on the red light does not turn to green, but flickers and stays red - hence the TV doesn't turn on.

Any suggerstions, & many thanks in advance.

It sounds a lot like an internal fault - I have had two TVs go like this in the past, can't remember exactly what the problem was and ended up throwing them away as it was too expensive for a repair job.
