Fantastic! I've just checked out my account on the Orange website. It seems that customers online can now:

- View calls and costs from the past month
- Switch tariffs
- Nominate credit/debit cards
- Buy extras

It saves having to ring up those horrible call centres.

Hi Orange Response, thats all well and good but why have I not been able to change/add bundle change service plan on my account online? im a pay Monthly costomer, its never worked all 13 months ive been with orange the option is there but it has never worked. It just says "were experiencing problems at the moment" and those problems are being experienced for the last 12 months. I would call up to complain but i imagine many people have already done so.

Am i wrong to assume that Orange do not care about it, I would call up but im not paying 50p/min Im sure someone else has called up about it but nothing has been done.

I read somewhere that its 50p for the the online department its different, even when i called 150, they were surprised to hear it hasn't been working. They gave me a number but i didn't call, maybe this is an isolated issue with just me.

Not if it's PAYG, where the number is 450.
