A friend of mine has a W580i and is trying to use it for email.

I know a bit about email, phones and stuff, but i've been through the settings over the phone and i can't see wat's causing it.

firstly the phone seems to automatically download the full message rather than just the headers like i'm used to when you go into the inbox.

secondly, more importantly, it seems that when you delete a message from the phone it also deletels it from the server.

all classic pop3 behaviour and not something i'd expect under IMAP4.

I don't know anything about SE phones so i wondered if anyone had experience of this????
