No we wont, sadly Bates will charge cat A) FOR THIS £26, Min whilst we should still get 30,000 as am sure the Gloryhunters and parttimers will turn up for this , even tho in all probabilty Liverpool will send their reserves out,
But Bates prices will see that the crowd is low, or lower than it should be for a game of this quality & oppo,
Pls its 99% certain to be on Sky as well

Have you seen him play? if hes good thats excellent, if he can score that means we have a 3rd/4th striker now, enoch just aint cutting it imo.

do you think we bought him just incase beckford leaves in the january window, i can see ken wanting to sell him and not let him go on a free at end of season.

On another note, got my ticket for Leeds/Liverpool game today

Good point for us last night, against a team we have lost 2 in the last two seasons, we are hard to beat this season, and by all accounts it was a brilliant save from Higgs
puts us top of the League at least till 445, cant see Saints winning at Charlton tho, so it will probably be as you were aat 445, then again Saints have got to win sometime havent they

Can't wait till Tues Night - 38thousand sell out against the Scousers. Don't care if we lose, the league takes priority but it is a nice game to have and the players will love it!

It'll be nice to see Elland Road full again, if we get a good intimidating atmosphere and give liverpool reserves a hard start to the match could be a good night.

I'm going but not really bothered if we win or lose (as long as we don't get thumped) the league is far more important to us, we desperately need to go up this season, if we don't i can't see us finding a way out for a long while, we seem to be doing everything right but just haven't has the luck, hopefully lady luck's with us this season

I can see us kicking on from this. We won't give this start up and that is thanks to Grayson!

Tues night will be a cracker and will be great experience for the players win or lose!

Did anyone see Motd, last night thought Liverpoool, looked shakey at the back,, and were defefended badly, esp when West Hams pacy little winger , Hines, attacked them, Relied to much on Torres (who is very unlikely to be playing on Tuesday anyway) but whilst am not to bothered if we win
as long as we dont geyt stuffed , but against thie Team that Liverpool put out that is highly unlikey, and i feel certain we vwill score, plus Liverpool have imo, the weakest squad by far of the Top 4
Be very intresting

I thought the same, TBH i can see Rafa having Skrtel, Gerrard and Torres on the bench, can't see him starting them with premiership saturday and Champions League week after.

Rafa has kinda admitted the premiership title challenge looks unlikely and with more teams looking stronger this year a top four finish might not happen, so only way to way to get Champions league next year might be to win it

Our great home form sofar might be what keeps us going this season, smaller teams especially will crap themselves coming to elland road if we have a 16,17,18 home game win record. could be the tipping point of keeping us top of the league.

I'm more optimistic this season than the last two MOT

Great memories of Leeds/Liverpool clashes

http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/...topic=247711.0

Really think we have a chance tonight , albit a slim one, we will have a packed House of 38,000 + which not many of the Liverpool reserves will have faced before, and hopewfully will be hostile as well, The main players to watch (if selected ) are Babel, Vorrin, cant remember anymore, but Liverpool dont have the strength in depth the other 3 Cl teams have , be good test to see how far we have come & also how far we have to go, but lets also remember that Liverpools reserves have lost to (then) chapmionship strugglers Burnley & Barnsley in the last few Years so it Can be done

So unlucky tonight, brilliant display & we were robbed out of a legitimate goal.

Just hope they don't feel too hard done by & mull over the defeat too much & see their form dip but I doubt it will.

Really proud, hopefully be getting games like that on a regular basis in the next year or 2

Disappointed but every single player out there can hold their heads up high as they showed they were capable of playing the big boys. Unlucky decision regards to the goal been disallowed but perhaps a blessing in disguise as we can focus primarily on the league.

But credit to all that Rafa did worry enough to bring on Gerrard and Johnson whom I would have thought he wouldn't have wanted to risk at all. Who knows another night it might have been ours but we weren't shown up, that game could have gone either way.

Very unlucky tonight. Should have had at least 1 goal.

Never offside but Bucchi was ahead of Beckford, if he had left it I think it would have stood.

Well played tho for the 90 mins. Sure you will be in the Championship next year.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

On another day I think that goal would have gone our way but regardless of that the lads played well and I hope they can reflect on the good points of the match rather than dwell on the result. Although I'm calling it 1-1 anyway!

Still astounded that Macherano didn't get anything for the elbow connection he seemed to make with Beckford's head.
