Colchester and Franchise lost too in the race for second. Leeds running away with it.
Norwich are the class act in this division. Apart from us of course!

In all honestey we should have lost today they (huddersfield) Had 10 shots on Goal to our 5 , but they didnt really take the Game to us at the End and settled for a draw even tho in the last minute Pilkington had a brilliant free kick hit the Bar bounced off Keepers head to safety
talk about Luck
Away to Brentford Next Satutrday will be tough as theyn have already beaten BOTH Colchester and Norwich this Year
but having said that we are playing better away than at HOME ATM

It was a 5-1 game - should of been well over by 60mins but fair play to Kettering who made it a great match. (Even I cheered when they equalised for some bizzare reason)
Love these FA cup ties.

Think yesterday was one match to far, we Never looked like losing or Winning it, but after the 120 mins on Tuesday night, we were knackered also we were missing Snodgrass as well, couldnt care less about JPT V Accrington , who are they but we Must get back to winning Ways Home to inform Saints which wot be easy i have to say as they have the same mentatily we had when we were doucted Points that they all stick together and you get a winning mentatily
plus Ricky lambert and David connley are an excellent partnership up front but we have only conceaded 10 Goals in 20 Games
Could be interesting

Why are Sky not showing any of the JPT games. I would have thought that Leeds v Accrington Stanley (Who are they?) would have been a prime contender for TV

Can't win them all. Good news was Norwich failed to win (almost lost) so that small window for chasing clubs has gone.

There's still plenty of football left to be played. I'm a bit concerned that Norwich and Charlton may yet overtake us. We need a few thumping wins over Christmas to settle the nerves.

Isn't it great to be a Leeds fan?

Ten minutes is a long time in football! Charlton leading and Leeds drawing meant we would have been leading the division on goal difference only.

Thank God for Snoddy and Millwall.

Probably a bit early but I'd like to wish all our supporters a happy New Year. It should be a good one!

Did anyone have any doubts that we would win yesterday? Even after going behind? I didn't. You can buy talent but you can't buy character.

9 point lead now. Glad to have a bit of breathing room, makes it easier for us in the long run.

Yep, stretching 8 clear this early is mesmerizing but downside is it leaves us plenty of time to fcuk it up!. Fortunatley S. Grayson seems to have this league completely figured out and is more likely going to beat that 56 point tally in the 2nd half of the season.

Must admit I was stunned when I saw Stockport 2-1 up. I knew though that they couldn't hold out. Charlton drop points as well.

From the BBC gossip page ..

Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford has put a £2m move to Newcastle on hold so he can help his side try to upset Manchester United in the FA Cup on Sunday. (Daily Mirror)
Middlesbrough boss Gordon Strachan is planning a £3m bid for Leeds striker Robert Snodgrass. (The Sun)

Jermaine isn't stupid. Well, he is but his agent isn't. They are in a very strong position in the summer as he'll be set for a rather large signing-on fee and wage packet as it'll be a bosman move.

From a footballing perspective I'm not sure Newcastle would be a sensible move and I don't know why they'd want him anyway (going up).

Snodgrass isn't worth £3m so I'd expect Bates to cash in.

Beckford's value will plummet after the weekend I suspect, when he is kept firmly in Vidic's pocket for the entire match

Don't be so sure! I hope you are from the Michael Fish school of prediction. After all, we have beaten Burnley this season. How did you get on against them?

Huge congratulations from this Liverpool supporter. If we get through we'll be wanting to avoid you , as you're probably the bookies favourite for the FA cup now
