Yeah being southern based this is a local ish game for me
Good game two good goals from morison thought we had a lot of the play as well But holloway at the end bit what was he on Thought overall we were comfortable without actually doing anything of note Thoughtb we were comfortable tbh without actually Doing anything im first 20 mins palace scored and we struggled a bit but never out of game We got a deserved equaliser and a 2 Nd soon After couldn't hold on tho n So now 2 home games in the next week, Peterborough and Huddersfield which should both be winnable but of course can never tell in the Championship - need to win them both to keep any vague hope of the playoffs alive! |

It's been similar in the last few away games, have looked much more comfortable defensively but still don't create that much going forward.(But like I say, better than losing every away game like we were around the end of December.) Peltier has been excellent alongside Lees in central defence since Warnock started playing him there.

Wolves leading 2/1 fs 2/2 Leicester leading 1/0 fs 1/1 Palace leading 2/1 fs 2/2 That's 8 points dropped from leading positions Fls about to start ours main game |

Awful display today, as soon as I saw the starting lineup we were going to struggle, today just proved that he playoffs were never in reach. Lets just hope that this result sees the end of warnock and bring someone else in to assess the squad and prepare for next season.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...-purchase.html Looks like Leeds new owners were yet another get rich quick bunch of cowboys from abroad. Quote:
The Bahrain-based group completed a protracted sale from former Leeds owner Ken Bates in late December for a "bargain" price, but are now in negotiations to sell their stake in LUFC Holdings, the club's parent company, for £7 million more than they paid.
Hoping for a £7m profit after three months. How are these people allowed to own our clubs?

A-No new buyer would do bussiness with Bates. B-Bates does a deal with GFH to buy club (possibly on his behalf) C- Leeds under GFH attract buyers/investors that wouldn't touch Bates D- GFH sell club on Ken's behalf. This is what I have thought from the beggining. |

Seems there are some rumours tonight that Warnock has walked!
Only 4 months too late if it's true - it was obvious to most of the fans that he didn't have a hope of getting us anywhere this season back in December. |

So wouldn't read too much into It tbh I get naylor in from Reserves to end of season and appoint somebody in summer Edited to say on Yorkshire radio at 7pm He said get somebody else to stand on for last 6 games So guess he either walk or step down |

Yep he has gone it is on the BBC now. Farewell then Neil. I wish him well but I think it is probably for the best because it wasn't working out.

The spotlight is now on GFH, whoever they appoint will give fans a clearer picture on their ambition and intentions for the club. |

Think we need to be realistic here we not going to get the likes of o Neil and de Matteo not sure about McDermott
But need someone who will work with a restricted budget But with about 4 exceptions byram(who i will be very surprised if he is still there )lees, mcCormack & Morison The rest can go average lower league championship players or L1 standard so whoever comes in is going to have a big job to do |

Warnock has clearly failed this season. 12th? Nowhere near good enough. Brian Mcdermott may be a good bet for you guys next?

Don't get to many games so until yesterday I didn't realise how. Bad we really are couldn't put two passes together all afternoon
God knows how we scored deserved nothing In my opinion Some were saying we might go down lucky I think there are 3 teams worse than us but the Sheffield Wednesday game on sarurday lunchtime is now a must win game and we need something from burnley 3 days later do that and think we will be ok But on yesterday's performance that's a big IF |

Ah well, hope you had a decent day out yesterday anyway.

Yeah yesterday was typical of performances in the last few months, no surprise we havent won away since early December. Completely agree we didnt deserve anything from the game, I would have been very happy if we had held on for a point but of course that wasn't to be.
I reckon we'll just about do enough to avoid any real relegation threat this season (but only because of the results we managed to pick up prior to selling Becchio) but with this squad we're in real danger next season without big changes, Warnock has basically left us with a squad that has more chance of getting relegated than promoted - selling Becchio really has turned us in to relegation contenders. We have good strikers in McCormack & Morrison but they are not recieving any decent service and we are lacking creation in midfield. I think we will survive.

Morison looked totally disinterested or annoumous yesterday
Having seen him at palace few weeks ago thought he was our best player then yesterday he might as well not been I pitch As for warnock saying we got best deal in the becchio deal Who is he trying to kid with the exception of McCormack yesterday the rest looked like they struggle in l1 Which is where the likes of varney pearce & the rest should be As for the claim we need 3 players well that's true 3 at back 3 in middle 3 up front
