Incoming calls charged for ???

My mobile phone is a pay as you go type ( with T Mobile on "Everyone").

I don't use it much, (as you can tell from my question) but may have to use it alot over the next couple of weeks. I expect to be receiving quite a few calls.

My question is this....are incoming calls charged for ?

NO, this is the UK not the USA where here the person calling you pays the higher cost involved.

However if you are roaming abroad then you have to pay the difference as the person calling you isn't to know you are abroad and shouldn't be expected to pay the higher cost there.
