Recorded message: For all Sky Digital Customers, the interactive services were not intended to be launched until after the first evictions, but due HIGH to public demand we are working to get it up and running
From C4 Customer service helper: With Sky Digital we are having alot of problems gettting it up and running now, we are happy though that we have found the bugs now rather than later and we HOPE to be lanching this intactive service this Monday bug fixes and all, ON/ITVDigial customers are now experiencing their services we were always going to launch all the services after the first eviction but due to high demand from Ondigital and Sky Digital customers we took the decision to launch early, we are not considering launching the NTL Digital Interactive service until the first evictions.
So it looks like that Ondigital customers are lucky Sky Digital customers we be more popular than NTL Digital customers.

So why are they advertising the facility yet not intending to deliver. Sounds like a bunch of excuses by Channel 4 to me

it would be nice if there was a bit more to it, like what happened while a holyoaks omnibus interupted the coverage...

also 50p is a tad excessive for voting considering it's half that to just pick up the phone.

The women I spoke to all about this was unsure about the NTL Services and she told me that full services were not going to be launched until after first eviction!

If the interactive stuff was not supposed to start until after the first eviction:

1. Why? what would be the point in not providing this service for the first two weeks?

2. Why wait till now to tell everyone it was not supposed to start yet when all the adds promotional stuff have/are publicising interactivity. When ON7 (the ONdigital listing's mag) readers asked ONd customer services if they were really getting all the interactive features in the mag (i.e. from E4 listings "Viewers with interactive facilities get to choose camera angles showing the latest events in the Big Brother house") ONd CS said ON7 just print the details as provided by the broadcasters.

3. Why are they still getting the bugs out of it this late in the day if it's not behind schedule.

Conclusion - As with most software it just wasn't ready on time and to save face they are now saying it is being released EARLY due to high demand.

Why is it that they always find bugs in the software!

What annoyed me was that it was in the Sky magazine and then it wasn't there!

Also, E4 must be over censoring. I sat down to watch about half an hours worth and out of that I got about 10 minutes of speech, the rest was muted!!!

Unfortunately, it's unavailable in Bracknell. It shows up on the interactive services menu and says to click the yellow button, but when I do I get an "Unavailable" message. But that's not that unusual with NTL!!
