I got my blu-ray installed today and omg james bond (casino royale is brilliant in HD)

But i have the biggest problem, the man who installed it for me took the HDMI Sky out as they don't supply them and now i have no lead (HDMI) For my sky HD Box, but i have just orderd this from www.play.com but will this go in my sky box? Any help would be great thank you.

yes thats fine BUT HDMI leads either work or dont so spend £5 next time

I'm not 100% certain i understand the question, but if you are saying your helpful man removed the hdmi lead from your Sky HD box, then, yes, another hdmi lead would be all you need to reconnect your Sky box.

I spoke with a game shop the other day who i have always used, a small independent shop, he has always been very informative, and he told me that you do not get a hdmi lead with the PS3, if that's what you have had ...

Five metres is a lot of excess cable if you don't need that much, for close-coupled components, a 1 metre (3'3") is usually sufficient.

yes i am saying the man removed HDMI Lead from the sky HD Box to the blu-ray dvd player, and i have just orderd the HDMI Lead for the sky HD box from www.play.com and now its been packed.

No worries. Play will allow you to return it with a full refund if it's not suitable (if it's too long) as long as you don't open it.

You could get another hdmi lead from a local TV shop quicker than play could post from Jersey anyway.

Tesco and Asda are both selling ( 1m or so ) hdmi cables for under a tenner
