Broken Iphone V1
Hi i have broke my V1 iphone and as i have insurance am i able to ring o2 up to get a new one?
Its just iv read that o2 no longer have V1 iphones so would be unable to give me a new one, but if thats true what am i paying insurance for! Cheers |

I'd say you'd probably get a refurbished V1 iphone. There is always going to be a stock of refurbs. Unless the insurance states you'll get a brand new phone in which case you may well get a 3G one now.
Oh, and the insurance needs to cover accidental damage of course. Check the policy. |

Yeh it should cover accidental cover, iv not seen the policy though. Only know iv got insurance because when i bought the phone i was asked if i wanted insurance and said yes, then on the bottom of the receipt it said activate the phone within 72hrs to activate the insurance. |
