Yes,the '£78,000 a year' man (or so he told the HM's) who in fact earns £21,000 pa ”

Sorry, but hasn't that remark been made and discredited several times on the forum already?

Still, Jon can add in his earnings from the TV appearances he makes in his spare time. Not to worry though - I hear Cameron has a central heating ad on Scottish radio somewhere

Still doesn't explain how people who spent nine weeks in his company seem to genuinely like the guy, whilst the ones who haven't are busy here describing him as an 'evil b*****d'

• Are you talking about the people who if they dare to say anything against Cameron will be dubbed bitter by the press and some FMs here?
• The people that bored us to death with their "soft version" because they weren't prepared to be themselves and bite the dust?
• The ones whose PR has given them full instructions of how to avoid bad press?
• The same people that when they have the opportunity of seeing what happened behind their backs will have the chance of reviewing their opinions?

Totally agree

It's funny but for all the hatred for Cameron that exists on these forums,we've yet to hear a single HM have a go at Cameron or call him a fake or phoney, with the sole exception of Jon.

”

Well I've heard some HMs say so.

They may not have used the words fake, or phoney,..but they certainly gave the impression that they felt Cameron was only showing us an idealised version of himself.

You may not have heard any of these opinions on the BB4 shows,..but on RI:SE we got to hear opinions you might not have seen.
Fed and Sissy have mentioned that they felt Cameron was holding a lot back,.....and a clip from the house was shown of Scott directly putting it to Cameron that he felt that Cameron was holding back a lot of himself and was not forthcoming when it came to expressing opinions.

Maybe that was why Ray is off to Africa with Cameron,..and Scott isn't.
Cameron appears to be only friends with people who agree with him,..if you show him that you have a different way of seeing things, he doesn't seem to like you anymore.

The HMs judge Cameron from what they see.
We judge Cameron from what we see.

Different perspectives altogether.

Right or wrong doesn't really come into it,..just opinions.

(I'm sure that many of his patients from his local community thought that Harold Shipman was the salt of the earth,..a lovely, splendid old chap)

..which is why the fawning Gos went with him to the US

What still annoys me is the fact that here's Cameron, well known to have just happened by S Africa a few times prior to BB4, suddenly is the one who "just happens by" the Diary Room to be offered the "Ambassador for BB4 trip" to, er, now then, where was it again, remind me, erm..yes that's it S. Africa!!!

Flippin heck! What a coincidence! Och! That's mental......

Anyone know who is funding this trip?

No but the 'Cameron is evil' line has frequently been presented here as fact, not opinion.

Personally I find Cameron a bit boring,I can take him or leave him but much of the comments here for months have been bordering on the hysterical.Face it folks,Cameron isn't all bad,Jon isn't all good and it's only a TV show after all

I wonder after today's air incident with the door flying open on the helicopter that Ray & others were flying in will put him off flying to South Africa, especially as he is afraid of heights.

Common sense, how boring

I'm afraid if you're going to criticise a post you should at least include your reasons for doing so.

Oh Edna. I can't fall out with a fellow member of the WI. I merely found it a tad bald, specifically the bit about photographs of babies, and suggested "a bit of decorum" meaning you can still say what you want to say but in a more compassionate way. That's all.

It's something I'm passionate about, especially the contribution the churches have made to the whole mess. Besides there's nothing compassionate about a Z-list celeb looking for a good photo opportunity.
