I contacted O2 about my faulty O2 Orbit 2 and they are sending out a new one out with Dynamic Parcel Delivery. I'm a bit confused how a swap it delivery works though as I never done this before.

O2 has also incorrectly ordered a new O2 XDA Stella. I been told to refuse this order which is going to be painful because I rather have that phone than the Orbit thinking and regretting about it.

erm well i ahve a new nokia n95 coming to my hosue tomz and alli do is some on nocks on teh door with a new phojne and all u do is see if the new oce work snd fi ti does then you give urs over

and then sign a sheet saying you ahve accepted the old phone

Simply don't accept the box from the driver, and don't sign his sheet. He'll have no option but to return it to sender.
