iPhone 3G car charger
Hi
Does anyone know if iPhone-1 car chargers work with iPhone-3G. I went into the O2 and Apple shops in the trafford centre at the weekend and neither could give me an answer - they both said they couldnt guarantee they would work. Cheers |

Buy an inverter. You plug it into the cigarette lighter socket, and it gives you mains power at a normal household socket.
This saves buying chargers for the car as you can just use the normal one. They come in various power outputs but the basic one can handle a load of up to 150 watts, which is plenty for charging iPods, mobile phones etc. They start at around £20-£25, which is not bad when you consider that you won't have to buy anything else to make ALL your stuff work in the car. Argos stock one - it's £30 for the 350 watt model, they seem to have stopped selling the smaller one. They are available though if you look around. |

Can't you get one of those generic cigarette lighter adaptors that give you a USB socket to use for charging?
For example: http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?...C=SO&U=Strat15 |
