Sony Ericsson P990 - what to do?

Hey

I got a sony ericsson p990 about 18months ago and it was all good until some odd software glitch seems to make the power drain very very quickly, and then switch off the phone. I've tried a new battery and it doesnt change the situation.
So basically, it's been sitting in a cupboard for months and it seems a waste

It's operational but I cant guarantee how long for. Is there any way for me to get some cash for it?

You could try selling it, but if its faulty you wont get much for it. Have you tried re-formatting it or reverting to factory defaults. (It may be a hardware problem, so that might not help)
