Hi all. I know theres quite a few techy`s on here so thought id ask a quick question.
Ive recently bought a 40" Sony Bravia 1080p LCD TV. The model is 40D3500.
Now the picture quality in hd is absolutely amazing. The only thing is, on some programs, particually ones in a darkend rooms or darker pictures, leaves a really grainy and bitty picture.
Just wondered what the reason for this was if anyone can help.

Google "KDL40D3500 optimum settings" enter them into your tv and see if theres an improvement

I Have a Sony 42W2000 and find the best way to reduce grain, is to turn the sharpness to a very low setting.
